The rustic flambé restaurant Spycher serves a special blend of traditional dishes and extraordinary creations dreamt up by the Zermatt-born Head Chef Koni Andermatten. He and his team use market-fresh, seasonal ingredients to craft contemporary, light cuisine that still has all the hallmarks of traditional Swiss fare. Underlying it all is culinary and technical expertise and a clever use of high-quality products that, whenever possible, are sourced from the surrounding region. Our celebration of Switzerland’s diversity also extends to the restaurant’s large selection of local wines, spirits and whisky.
During peak season our restaurant is open daily from 3.00 p.m. and warm meals can be ordered from 5.00 p.m. onwards.
Our service team is skilled at flambéing and carving at our guests’ tables. It’s a culinary spectacle not to be missed. And of course, there are also plenty of delicious options for vegetarians.
