Unsurprisingly, flambéing is what we do best and we’ll even perform this mouth-watering spectacle directly at your table! The kitchen team led by Head Chef Koni Andenmatten also excels when it comes to fresh fish, game and slow-cooked vegetarian delicacies. Traditional or modern, with or without meat: Spycher always serves up the very finest market-fresh, seasonal cuisine.
True to its name, Spycher – which is a style of wooden Alpine house – is tastefully decorated with cosy, rustic furnishings. The attentive waiting staff will likewise ensure you feel right at home. Our half board guests dine at Spycher and we also offer daily specials and à la carte meals for those just stopping by.
Over 150 wines are available from our “de prestige” wine cellar to perfectly complement your selected dish. And for a refreshing aperitif before your meal, or a tasty digestif to round off the evening, simply head to our stylish bar.
